Items to know before booking your Cataract Evaluation:

1. Please call our office at 727-222-3645 if you need another provider or location.
2. Your appointment may take up to 3 hours. Your eyes will be dilated. Please prepare to have a driver, if needed.
3. Soft contact lenses must be removed and kept out for 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
4. Cataract Evaluations are billed to insurance. Insurance information must be provided at or before the time of your visit.
